Why less expensive than a regular virtual server? What's the difference?
Actually, it's the exact same server as our Cool Virtual. Clients who use the Cool Virtual for their business website do so in order to benefit from the advantages of a server while also having the security of our team taking care of all their support needs. Resellers always take care of their clients support needs, only coming to us when they have tried to remedy any situation on thier own first. As well, resellers are responsible for removing old content, adding their own new users and sites via the Control Panel, and so on. For this reason, the reseller is given a break on the pricing.

Why not use a Multidomain Hosting account to resell?
There are a few reasons. You can't give clients their own ftp access via a multi hosting account... but also it's against the hosting agreements usage policies. Why" ell, it's unfair to pay Coolcom 9.95 per month to support a client base that you charge individually to host.
